Larry Distillio is Assistant Vice-President Practice Management with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career he has worked with thousands of advisors, written many articles for industry publications and been invited to speak as a keynote speaker at industry conferences and advisor workshops.

Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin, MA is the Director of Practice Management at Mackenzie Investments. She holds a Master of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour degree from the University of Guelph. Her advanced learnings also include Women in Leadership, Coaching for Leaders, and Foundations of Business Analysis.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Rachel provides thought leadership and works closely with thousands of advisors in various distribution channels across Canada. Rachel’s speciality is working with advisors on business development, leadership, and technology. In addition to coaching and consulting, she is invited regularly as a keynote speaker at financial industry dealer conferences.
